About CIVIL Department

    Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built infrastructure.

infrastructure for fulfilment of Basic Needs of human race including Transportation,Energy production,Cultural, Sports and Community and Social and Developmental activities like bridges, roads, canals, dams and buildings.

The course duration 3 years. There are 60 seats per intake in our college.

        To be a department of excellence in the field of Civil Engineering fulfilling industrial and societal needs.

Mission:

  • To provide quality education, training and develop technical skills in the field of Civil Engineering and allied areas at diploma level.

  • To promote and support hands on training and industrial experience required for a successful professional career.
  • To provide students with an environment for developing entrepreneurship and leadership skills with ethical values for contribution towards society.

Program Educational Objectives (PEO's):

  • PEO1: To adapt state-of-the-art Civil engineering broad-based Technologies to work in multi-Disciplinary work environments

  • PEO2: To impart knowledge and skills for analyze, design, test and implement various civil IS Codes and software.

  • PEO3: To exhibit managerial and entrepreneurial skills and capacity to motivate the employees for enhanced lifelong learning.

  • PEO4: Pursue higher education in Civil Engineering.

  • PSO1: To provide solutions to problems of safety & sustainable designing, construction and maintenance of building and heavy structures.

  • PSO2: To apply advanced software tools to design, analysis, testing and implementation in field of civil engineering.
